If you want more birding, check out Wisconsin Metro Audubon Society’s Pop-Up Birding event at Lakeshore State Park on Saturday, Nov 25 at 8:30am. Meet at the south end of the park near the amphitheater. Drive in along Erie St towards the Milwaukee Pierhead Lighthouse.

The meet at McKinley Marina yielded numerous coots and other water birds. A highlight was a fly over by a Trumpeter Swan.
