    Fall had arrived on the lakefront. It was chilly and windy and birdy! Highlights: Kingfishers (2), American Pipits (5), Lapland Longspurs (5) and Horned Larks (5). The pebble beach had many of our usual gulls – herring and ring-billed. The morning ended with close looks at a juvenile Cooper’s Hawk. David’s pics from the morning:
