It was a perfect weather morning! We walked the riverbank from Staircase 5 north spotting a Bald Eagle, Black-Billed Cuckoos and a Northern Parula. From the beer garden, we saw an Osprey fly north along the river. South of the beer garden along the river there were Indigo Buntings, Belted Kingfisher and running deer. eBird List

We went up to Lincoln Park to round out our swallows for the year seeing the Cliff Swallows. On the sandbars, were a Solitary Sandpiper and a Spotted Sandpiper. And along the shore was a turkey wading knee-deep and drinking some of Wisconsin’s finest. eBird List
